Bespoke's chatbot assistant "Bebot" now provides expert information and Japanese hospitality to riders on the Ginza subway line and at all of its 19 stations. Riders can receive real-time train status information, directions, barrier-free facilities at stations, receive any transfer information and recommendations for nearby tourist and cultural spots.
