Bespoke Inc., Customer Success Manager

Tokyo based Bespoke Inc. is building multilingual, AI-powered chatbots and other resources for travelers as well as for Japanese businesses that want to attract and support more overseas visitors to Japan.

Bespoke is looking for a friendly, self-motivated person to fulfill the role of Customer Success Management for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing support strategies that optimize our relationships with clients and ensure long-term retention. Your goal will be to engage with clients to ensure that they are satisfied with our services and that they can receive precise, efficient help when they face issues.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rewarding relationships with partners and clients
  • Gather feedback and establish customer support strategies
  • Provide product support including technical troubleshooting for clients
  • Oversee customer and user support and optimize company resources for each
  • Be a motivator for other team members
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Qualifications

  • BA / BS / MBA degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership skills
  • An exemplary sense of detail and accuracy
  • High comfortability to work in a tech-space and to learn new software tools
  • Expressed interest in the AI or SaaS fields
  • Experience as a problem solver at heart with a genuine interest in learning by helping
  • Capable of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Working knowledge of sales-related and productivity tools, including Microsoft/Google Suites
