We are looking for candidates who are interested in customer behavior and enhancing customer experiences.
We are the first AI chatbot company in Japan providing high tech solutions to hotels, airports, and train stations. The company is under 3 years old, and the team is only about 20 people at the moment. Most of us are from countries outside Japan, and our tech team are from the US and Europe with over 15 years of experience in the relevant field.
As an AI chatbot support candidate, you will be responsible for interacting with live users and providing them with unique and valuable experiences. This is will be the most dynamic place to experience the startup scenes.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interacting with our users and answer product and service questions
- New feature & user testing
- Conversation design
- Translating between English and Chinese
*We require all candidates to go through a trial period before an official offer is made.
- Fluency in English and Chinese (simplified & traditional)
